Scope of Services. Through this Site, EZ3 Towing and Services markets and arranges Towing Service, Vehicle Recovery, Junk Car Removal, Cash For Cars, Roadside Assistance. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://ez3towingandservices.com is the property of EZ3 Towing and Services or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. EZ3 Towing and Services reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. EZ3 Towing and Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of EZ3 Towing and Services arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify EZ3 Towing and Services from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by NY law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in NY for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Updates. EZ3 Towing and Services reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
